I’m building Nadavirinchi Labs as an independent product studio in India, working on AI-assisted development and the Telugu cinema experience.
Two different worlds. Both full of confident promises. I’m interested in what happens when you put the sources, the decisions and the people back in the picture.

What should we build? Should this change be accepted? What should I know before booking a movie? The decision comes before the feature list.

Keep the evidence close.
Specifications, changes, sources and context belong beside the thing they explain. A tidy headline should never erase the underlying record.

Both products are in active development. We show the current work and keep development previews distinct from a general production release.
